Privacy
KALIVORA minimizes collection, strictly isolates families and provides export, correction and deletion.
Data and sources
Account, contact, household, messages, tasks, calendar, notes, media, documents, devices, commands, voluntary presence, security, subscription and support data come from members, use of the service and authorised connectors.
Purposes and legal bases
Contract covers account creation, service, support, billing and security. Consent covers optional features where required. Legal obligations cover accounting and authorities; legitimate interests cover fraud prevention and legal claims after balancing.
Optional features
Required fields are marked. Smart-home links, presence, microphone, cameras, AI and telephone number are optional. Without necessary data, the requested feature cannot be provided.
Camera, voice, presence and children
Permissions are requested when needed. Presence may remain manual or limited to a status. These data are not used for advertising. Household administrators must set suitable child rights and inform members.
Artificial intelligence
Text, transcribed voice or images are sent only for an enabled feature and with the minimum authorised context. Results require review and no legal-effect decision is made solely by AI.
Recipients and processors
Authorised members and necessary hosting, email, payment, notification, store and AI providers receive only required data. Human support needs temporary authorisation or a documented legal duty.
International transfers
Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, KALIVORA must rely on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards and document the location.
Retention
Useful content remains while the account or feature is active. Media trash is 30 days, camera history 90 days by default, audits 180 days, exports 24 hours and deletion is delayed 7 days. Legal evidence and accounting records follow statutory periods.
Security
Households are isolated, rights are server-side, secrets encrypted, private files protected and sensitive actions logged. MFA, trusted devices, backups and session revocation are available.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection where applicable, and withdraw consent. Export and deletion are in the app and deletion is also public. Identity may be verified proportionately.
Complaint and updates
You may complain to the CNIL at cnil.fr. Material changes are dated and notified when legally required or significant.
